WASHINGTON (Reuters) – The White House said on Tuesday that relief is being considered for farmers, who face lower prices and high inventories as a trade war between China and the United States continues.

“Relief is being considered. The Secretary of Agriculture, I know, has spoken to the president about that, and again, it’s being considered,” White House spokesperson Karoline Leavitt told reporters at a briefing.
