Jury continues Burke deliberations

Jury deliberations resume Tuesday in the corruption trial of former Chicago Alderman Ed Burke. Burke faces racketeering, extortion and bribery charges. Prosecutors said Burke was trying to intimidate businesses for personal gain. Defense attorneys say he never demanded anything in exchange for an official act and never received money. The judge in the case said if the jury is still deliberating on Friday, they will be sent home until after New Years.
