Kathryn Harding
1948-2025

Kathryn L. Harding, 76, of Blandinsville passed away at 10:05 a.m. Sunday, January 12, 2025 at Macomb Post Acute Care in Macomb.

She was born on February 25, 1948 in Lebanon, Kansas to Justin and Emma Lorena McGuirk Wilton. She married Paul Harding on April 2, 1967. He survives.

Also survives are a daughter, Sandy Lynn (Ted) Mapes of Ankeny, Iowa; one grandson, Michael Russell Mapes of Ankeny, Iowa; two sisters, Justina (Garry) Schultz of Council Bluffs, Iowa and Cora Linn Foglesong o f North Platte, Nebraska; two brothers, Mark Wilton of state of Oregon and Charles (Connie) Wilton of Burlington, Iowa and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Zada Wilton and one brother and one sister in infancy.

Kathryn has lived in Blandinsville since 1965. She worked for NTN-Bower for 35 plus years retiring in 2025.

She was a member of the Terra Haute Community Church.

Cremation rites have been accorded. A grave side service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 2, 2025 at Glade City Cemetery in Blandinsville with Pastor A. Lee Unger officiating. There will be no visitation.

Memorials may be made to the Terra Haute Community Church or St Jude’s.
