    Eastern Iowa, Northern Illinois, Northwest Indiana, Lake Michigan
    EFFECTIVE
    This Friday night and Saturday morning from 640 PM until 200 AM CDT.
    THREATS
    Scattered damaging wind gusts to 70 mph possible, Isolated large hail events to 1.5 inches in diameter possible, A tornado or two possible
    SITUATION
    A cluster of thunderstorms should pose a threat for mainly scattered severe/damaging winds as it tracks east-southeastward this evening into early Saturday morning. Peak gusts may reach up to 60-70 mph. Isolated hail and perhaps a brief tornado or two may also occur with any cells that can move along/near a boundary. The severe thunderstorm watch area is approximately along and 55 statute miles north and south of a line from 40 miles west northwest of Moline IL to Valparaiso IN.     PRECAUTIONS
    A Severe Thunderstorm Watch means conditions are favorable for severe thunderstorms in and close to the watch area. Persons in these areas should be on the lookout for threatening weather conditions and listen for later statements and possible warnings. Severe thunderstorms can and occasionally do produce tornadoes.

Shannon T. Price, age 53, of St. Anne, passed away Saturday, June 20, 2026 at Riverside Medical Center in Kankakee.
He was born September 1, 1972 in Kewanee, the son of Ronald & Jane Euchaski Price.
Shannon married Donna Fox on October 10, 2015 in Kankakee.
He was an Optician.
Shannon enjoyed RC racing, SQ Tuning, photography, and riding his BMX bike. Most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.
Shannon was a member of Trinity Church of Watseka.
Surviving are his wife, Donna Price of St. Anne; his father, Ronald Price of Kewanee; his mother, Jane (Lyle) Kenaga of Golf Breeze, FL; two daughters, Morgan Price of Bolingbrook and Mallory (Matthew) Price of Homer Glen; one step-son, Zachary (Madison) Fox of Bourbonnais; and four grandchildren, Kynlee Grace, Raylan, and Sadie Fox, and Weston Wolfram.
Shannon is preceded in death by his grandparents.
Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. until the 11:00 a.m. funeral service on Saturday, June 27, 2026 at Clancy-Gernon-Houk Funeral Home in St. Anne.
Interment will follow at St. Anne Township Cemetery.
