This week Sparks chats with Win Noll, of Win Noll & The Rockin’ Souls, who will playing the Heritage Days Pepsi Main Stage on Saturday, June 24th from 7:30 to 8:45 p.m.

Using their home base as inspiration, Win Noll & The Rockin’ Souls belt out their own unique and captivating take on classic Chicago Blues and R&B. Win Noll & The Rockin’ Souls recently won the Chicago Blues Challenge for the best group, which lead them to representing Chicago at the International Blues Challenge in Memphis, TN.
