A disturbance on Sunday in the 4000 block of E. Lincolnway led to the arrest of two teenagers from Rock Falls. According to Sterling Police, 18-year-old Johnathon Lehman and 19-year-old Brooklyn Virgili were taken into custody following an investigation into the incident.
Both teens face charges of Aggravated Battery and Mob Action. Authorities have issued them a notice to appear in court. Further details about the circumstances surrounding the disturbance are still under investigation
