Sterling Police

Joshua J. Baldwin,  age 38 of Rock Falls, Traffic Stop/ W 4St and Dillon Ave Charges Lee County Warrant- Contempt, Cash Bond 

Hilary J. Guerrero, age 23 Dixon Domestic/ 800 Block Dillon Ave Criminal Trespass, Resisting  Arrest, Notice to Appear

Dixon Police

Katherine D. McBride, age 58, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 1500 block of N Galena Avenue on November 10th, at 3:00 AM., for a Lee County Warrant for Failure To Appear and a Whiteside County Traffic Offense Warrant. McBride was transported to the Lee County Jail.

David L. Fry, age 47, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 1900 block of West 3rd Street on November 9th , at 12:37 a.m. for a Lee County Warrant for Failure to Appear – Contempt. Fry was processed and released after posting bond.

Laura B. Soukup, age 33, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 600 block of West 2nd Street on November 9th, at 3:50 a.m. for Theft. Soukup was processed and released with a pending court appearance.

Morrison Police

On Sunday, November 6th, at approximately 1:16 am, Morrison Police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle driven by Coty A. Mitchell, age 34 of Dixon IL, for an equipment violation near the intersection of Bishop Rd. and East Lincolnway.

As a result of the traffic stop, Morrison Police arrested Mitchell for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and Driving While License Revoked. Morrison Police also charged Mitchell with a City of Morrison Ordinance for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Mitchell was released on a Notice to Appear in Court. Morrison Police was assisted by the Whiteside County Sheriff’s Department and Hunter’s Auto Body.

The public is reminded that these are merely charges and all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
