Kailla R. Massey McGlown, age 25, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 200 block of South Peoria Avenue on July 4th, at 11:04 AM., for Driving While
License Suspended and a Lee County Warrant for Failure To Appear – Contempt. Massey McGlown was taken to the Lee County Jail.
Morgan Penwarden, age 40, of Sterling, Illinois, was arrested in the 900 block of East River Road on July 4th, at 2:26 PM., on a Lee County Warrant. Morgan Penwarden was processed and released with a court date.
