Luis Hernandez-Villa, age 52, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested on the Peoria Avenue Bridge on Sunday, April 14th, at 2:15 a.m.., for Disorderly Conduct.
Hernandez-Villa was cited and released.
James Gosinski, age 52, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 200 block of West Everett Street on April 14th, at 12:13 a.m., for Driving Under the Influence
of Alcohol, Improper Turn, Failure to Signal, and Possession of a Controlled Substance. Gosinski was processed and released with a pending court date.
The charges are merely an allegation and all parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
