While License Revoked. Lemke was cited and released with a court date.
Earl E. Sydner, age 52, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 800 block of West 3rd Street on August 23rd, at 7:36 PM., for Trespass to Real Property and
Disorderly Conduct. Sydner was processed and released with a court date.
April M. Horton, age 27, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 2100 block of West First Street on August 24th, at 1:32 PM, for Domestic Battery and
Aggravated Assault. Horton was taken to the Lee County Jail.
Edward D. Curry, age 31, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 500 block of North Galena Avenue on August 24th, at 8:30 PM, for a Failure to Appear Warrant out of Lee County. Curry posted bond and was released with a court date.
The charges are merely an allegation and all parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
