Santos A. Rangel, age 65, of Prophetstown, Illinois, was arrested in the 100 block of West Boyd Street on December 20th, at 6:43 PM., for Driving Under the
Influence. Rangel was released with a court date.
Megan P. Sweeney, age 34, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 300 block of West Third Street on December 20th, at 10:53 PM., for a Lee County Failure
to Appear Warrant. Sweeney was released with a court date.
Ryan D. Hicks, age 37, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 100 block of Plaza Driver on December 19th, at 2:30 PM., for a Lee County Failure to Appear Warrant. Hicks was released with a court date.
The charges are merely an allegation and all parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
