Jennifer E. Williams, age 53, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 500 block of 1st Avenue on November 28th, at 2:00 a.m. for Driving Under the Influence – Alcohol, Improper Lane Usage, Failure to Signal When Required, Unlawful Parking and Operating Uninsured Vehicle. Williams was processed and released with a mandatory court appearance.
Michael A. Miranda, age 49, of Bensenville, Illinois, was arrested in the 100 block of East 5th Street on November 27th, at 10:46 p.m. for Driving Under the
Influence – Intoxicating Compounds, Operating Vehicle with Suspended Registration, Operating Uninsured Vehicle and Illegal Transportation of Alcohol. Miranda was processed and released with a mandatory court appearance.
Carlos D. Perez Jr., age 37, of Mount Morris, Illinois, was arrested in the 300 block of West 1st Street on November 29th, at 12:09 a.m., for Aggravated Battery
(Public Place) and Aggravated Unlawful Restraint. Perez Jr. was processed and taken to the Lee County Jail.
The charges are merely an allegation and all parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
