Shea J. Jones, age 24, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 100 block of West Boyd Street Sunday, March 10th, at 1:56 a.m., for a Driving Under the Influence of Combination Drugs / Alcohol, Driving Under the Influence BAC over 0.08, Transport Open Alcohol as Driver, No Insurance, Speeding, and Improper Traffic
Lane Usage. Jones was cited and released with a Notice to Appear.
James W. Zacharias, age 30, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 1300 block of North Galena Avenue on Saturday, March 9th, at 12:14 a.m., for Driving on a Suspended License. Zacharias was processed and released with a mandatory court appearance.
The charges are merely an allegation and all parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
