Jenz S. James, age 27, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the Unit block of South Galena Avenue on March 17th, at 1:49 a.m. for Aggravated Battery to a
Peace Officer and Resisting or Obstructing a Peace Officer. James was taken to the Lee County Jail.
Stephanie A. Kennay, age 32, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 700 block of East Fellows Street on March 17th, at 12:53 a.m. for Driving Under the
Influence – Alcohol, Driving Under the Influence – BAC Above .08, Operating Uninsured Vehicle, Disobeyed Stop Sign, Improper Lane Usage and Improper Use of Signal. Kennay was processed and released with a mandatory court appearance.
Mazzi R. Chaffee, age 20, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 1300 block of North Galena Avenue on March 16th, at 1:53 a.m. for Driving Under the
Influence and Unlawful Possession of Cannabis by Driver. Chaffee was processed and released with a mandatory court appearance.
The charges are merely an allegation and all parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
