Laura R. Salazar, age 33, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 800 block of North Galena Avenue on November 22nd, at 6:42 p.m. for a Lee County Warrant
for Aggravated Battery, Domestic Battery, Violation of an Order of Protection, Harassment by Telephone, and Reckless Driving. Salazar was taken to the Lee
County Jail.
Stephanie A. Fowler, age 37, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 1000 block of West 6th Street on November 22nd, at 9:00 p.m., for Driving Under the
Influence, Resisting or Obstructing a Peace Officer, Leaving the Scene of an Accident, Improper Lane Usage, Operating Uninsured Vehicle, and Failure to
Leave Information after Striking Unattended Vehicle. Fowler was processed and released with a mandatory court appearance.
Pierre R. Jean-Guillaume, age 49, of Port St. Lucie, Florida, was arrested in the 100 block of East 2 nd Street on November 22rd, at 6:27 p.m. for Driving
Under the Influence – Intoxicating Compounds and Improper Lane Usage. Jean-Guillaume was processed and released with a mandatory court appearance.
Leon J. Woodworth, age 21, of Monroe Center, Illinois, was arrested in the 800 block of West 3 rd Street on November 25th, at 2:19 a.m. for Driving Under the Influence – Drugs, Disobeyed Stop Sign, Improper Lane Usage, Failure to Signal and Operating Uninsured Vehicle. Woodworth was processed and released with a mandatory court appearance.
