Carla S. Wallace, age 46, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 400 block of Crawford Avenue on Saturday, March 23rd, at 10:30 PM., for Domestic Battery. Wallace was taken to the Lee County Jail.
The charges are merely an allegation and all parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
