Selena A. Hitchcock, age 38, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 700 block of West Third Street on May 7th, at 8:52 p.m., for an Ogle County Failure to
Appear Warrant. Hitchcock was unable to post bond and was transported to the Lee County Jail.
The charges are merely an allegation and all parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
