Donald L. Summers, age 39, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 1000 block of South Galena Avenue on Saturday, March 30th, at 3:14 p.m., for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, a Scott’s Law Violation, and Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle. Summers was processed and released with a Notice to Appear.
Juan J. Hernandez-Peralta, age 33, of Rockford, Illinois, was arrested near the intersection of River Road and Shop Road on March 30th, at 7:01 PM., for No Valid Driver’s License, and a McLean County Warrant for Failure To Appear. Pettenger was taken to the Lee County Jail.
Nicholas A. Trenholm, age 44, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 400 block of West 2 nd Street on March 30th, at 11:00 p.m. for a Whiteside County warrant for Failure to Appear. Trenholm was taken to the Lee County Jail.
Amanda R. Rumley, age 35, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested on Illinois Route 2 near South Frontage Road on March 30th, at 9:30 p.m. for a Driving Under the Influence – Alcohol, Leaving the Scene of Accident, Speeding, Improper Lane Usage and Failure to Signal When Required. Rumley was processed and released with a mandatory court appearance.
Peyton J. Lanning, age 21, of Franklin Grove, Illinois, was arrested in the 1300 block of North Galena Avenue on Sunday, March 31st , at 2:34 a.m. for Driving Under the Influence – Alcohol, Driving Under the Influence – BAC Above .08 and Improper Lane Usage. Lanning was processed and released with a mandatory court appearance.
Austin Bettner, age 23, of Mount Morris, Illinois, was arrested in the 100 block of West 10th Street on March 30th, at 2:45 p.m. for Obstructing Identification
and a Lee County Warrant for Failure to Appear. Bettner was processed and taken to the Lee County Jail.
The charges are merely an allegation and all parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
