Jack D. Mowery, age 69, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 600 block of Logan Avenue on Tuesday, April 8th, at 3:07 p.m. for a Lee County Warrant for Failure to Appear. Mowery was unable to post bond and was taken to the Lee County Jail.
Breanna L. Mekemson, age 25, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 300 block of Custer Avenue on April 8th, at 1:51 p.m. for Domestic Battery. Mekemson was processed and taken to the Lee County Jail.
Selena A. Hitchcock, age 38, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 400 block of West First Street on April 8th, at 11:53 p.m., for an Ogle County Warrant for Failure To Appear. Hitchcock was unable to post bond and was taken to the Lee County Jail.
The charges are merely an allegation and all parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
