Cheyenne M. Gartman, age 22, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 1400 block of West 4 th Street on March 12th, at 12:15 a.m. for Driving Under the
Influence (Drugs), Disobeyed Stop Sign and Driving Left of Center. Gartman was processed and released with a mandatory court appearance.
Erin E. Shaw, age 43, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 200 block of East McKenney Street on March 11th, at 11:11 p.m. for a Lee County Warrant for Failure to Appear – Contempt. Shaw was processed and released after posting bond.
Steven D. Sears, age 25, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 1600 block of South Galena Avenue on March 11th, at 6:51 p.m. for Retail Theft. Sears was processed and released with a mandatory court appearance.
The charges are merely an allegation and all parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
