Steven L. Rockwood, age 71, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 100 block of North Galena Avenue on May 18th, at 12:06 AM., for a Lee County Warrant
for Failure To Appear – Contempt of Court. Rockwood posted bond and was released with a court date.
Charles X. Shields, age 32, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 700 block of South Galena Avenue on May 17th, at 7:00 PM., for a Lee County Warrant
for Failure To Appear. Shields was processed and released with a court date.
