Ethan T. Seidel, age 34, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 200 block of South Hennepin Avenue on May 6th, at 12:57 PM., for a Lee County Warrant for Failure To Appear – Contempt. Seidel posted and was released with a court date.
Kristopher Mockovak, age 23, of Rockford, Illinois, was arrested in the 1600 block of South Galena Avenue on May 6th, at 2:32 PM., for Retail Theft and Retail Theft (Subsequent Offense). Mockovak was processed and released with a court date.
The charges are merely an allegation and all parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
