Blake L. Whiteman, age 32, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 1200 block of Franklin Grove Road on October 8th , at 1:30 p.m., for a Failure to Appear Warrant for Lee County. Whiteman was transported to the Lee County Jail.
Jennifer L. Vannatta, age 49, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 800 block of East 3 rd Street on October 8th, at 7:38 p.m. for Aggravated Domestic Battery, Domestic Battery (2 counts), Violation of Order of Protection, Interfering with Reporting of Domestic Violence, and Battery. Vannatta was taken to the Lee County Jail.
The charges are merely an allegation and all parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
