A male juvenile, age 15, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested for Retail Theft in the 500 block of East Morgan Street on September 23rd, at 9:23 pm. The juvenile was processed and released to his guardian.
Olivia J. Carter, age 20, of Dixon, Illinois, was issued a city ordinance citation in the 100 block of South Hennepin Avenue on September 23rd, at 11:45 p.m.,
for Consumption of Alcohol as a Minor. Carter was released with a fine and a court date.
Anthony J. Tignino, age 18, of Deer Park, Illinois, was issued two city ordinance citations in the 100 block of South Hennepin Avenue on September 23rd, at 11:45 p.m., for Possession of Alcohol as a Minor and Consumption of Alcohol as a Minor. Tignino was released with a Notice to Appear.
The charges are merely an allegation and all parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
