Aggravated Assault Of A Peace Officer, Resisting Peace Officer, and Criminal Damage To Property. Vail was processed and released with a court date.
Maxamillian L. Clark, age 18, of Dixon, Illinois, was issued a city ordinance citation in the 1700 block of West 3rd Street on July 9th, at 9:54 p.m., for
Possession of Cannabis. Clark was released with a Notice to Appear.
The charges are merely an allegation and all parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
