Bonita C. Kirby, age 34, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 1300 block of West 7th Street on February 26th, at 10:43 p.m. for Driving While License Revoked,
Operating Uninsured Vehicle and a Lee County warrant for Failure to Appear. Kirby was processed and released with a mandatory court appearance.
Phillip J. Hall, age 38, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 1800 block of South Galena Avenue on February 27th, at 2:01 a.m. for Unlawful Possession of
Methamphetamine, Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance, Driving While License Revoked and Failure to Yield – Private Drive. Hall was processed and released with a mandatory court appearance.
The charges are merely an allegation and all parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
