March 18
Officer was dispatched to 700 block of NW 1st Street for a disturbance complaint. It was determined to be a civil complaint.
Officer met with a resident at the Galva PD and escorted them to the city impound lot to remove property from a vehicle.
Officer was dispatched to the 600 block of NW 1st Street for a city ordinance violation.
March 19
Officer was dispatched to the 400 block of NW 1st Street for a loud vehicle complaint.
Officer was dispatched to the Exchange Street railroad crossing two times for crossing arm malfunctions. BNSF was contacted for repairs.
March 20
Officer was dispatched to the 600 block of SE 2nd Street for a 9-1-1 hang-up complaint. It was determined to be a mis dial.
Officer was dispatched to the north edge of town to watch for a reckless driver that was S/B from Route 81. Officer was not able to locate.
March 21
Officer was dispatched to the 00 block of SW 4th Street for a disturbance involving a door being forced open. Officers reviewed camera footage and the complaint was unfounded.
Officer, along with Stark Co Medic, were dispatched to a residence on NE 1st Ave for a suicidal subject.
March 22
Officer was dispatched to the 200 block of SE 7th Ave for a civil property dispute.
Officer was dispatched to the 00 block of SE 6th Street for a 9-1-1 open line complaint. It was determined to be a medical call.
March 23
Officer was dispatched to the 100 block of NE 9th Street for a civil property dispute. As the result, Donald Ensley, 37, Galva, was arrested on a no bond warrant for an Illinois Department of Corrections parole violation. He was transported to the Henry Co Jail.
Officer was dispatched to the Exchange Street railroad tracks for a crossing arm malfunction. BNSF was contacted for repairs.
Officer was dispatched to Wiley Park for a disturbance involving a group of juveniles.
March 24
Officer was dispatched to the 600 block of NW 2nd Street for a loose dog complaint. The dog was impounded and later released back to it’s owners.
Officer was dispatched to the 300 block of SW 3rd Street for an unknown complaint. Officer determined the subject was suffering from a mental health crisis.
Officer was dispatched to the 500 block of SW 3rd Ave for a 9-1-1 hang up complaint. Upon arrival, officer determined it was a disturbance. The officer removed an unwanted subject.
Officer was dispatched to assist Kewanee PD with a complaint involving a gunshot victim. The subject was later pronounced deceased.

Ronald Snyder, 70, Monmouth, was issued a citation for speeding in the 1000 block of SE 2nd Street.
