As the result of a traffic stop in the 700 block of West Division Street, David Pagan, 37, Kewanee, was arrested for driving while license suspended and speeding 47 in a 30 mph zone. He was released with a required court date.
Officer was dispatched to the 100 block of NE 9th Street for a civil property dispute.
Officer spoke to a resident by telephone in reference to a disorderly conduct complaint involving threats through social media.
Officer was dispatched to the 300 block of SW 3rd Street for a subject having a mental health crisis.
Officer was dispatched to a residence on South Center Ave for a welfare check. The subject was fine.
Officer was dispatched to the 500 block of East Division Street for a theft complaint.
Officer was dispatched to the 100 block of Market Street for an activated burglar alarm. It was determined to be a false alarm.
May 30
Officer was dispatched to the 00 block of SE 2nd Ave for a verbal domestic disturbance.
Officer was advised of a controlled burn taking place in the 500 block of SE Industrial Ave.
Officer went to many residences around town that need repairs or other action taken. Documentation of their conditions were taken.

Officer was dispatched to the 500 block of SW 4th Ave for a 9-1-1- hang up complaint. It was determined to be an accidental dial.

Officer was dispatched to the 00 block of NE 4th Street for a domestic dispute. The complaint was unfounded.
As the result of a traffic stop in the 600 block of West Division Street, David Pagan, 37, Kewanee, was arrested for driving while license suspended. He was released with a required court date.
As the result of a traffic stop in the 1100 block of SE 2nd Street, Brett McGill, 35, Abingdon, was arrested for operating a vehicle with suspended registration for no insurance. He was released with a required court date.
Officer was dispatched to the 00 block of SW 4th Street for a barking dog complaint. The owner was advised of the complaint.
Officer was dispatched to the 100 block of NW 8th Ave for a complaint involving a young child walking into a house and sitting down and refusing to speak. The child was removed from the residence and returned to family looking for the child several blocks away.
As the result of a traffic stop in the 00 block of SE 5th Street, April Plemmons, 40, Galva, was arrested for driving while license suspended. She was released with a required court date.
Officer met with a resident at the Galva PD to file a report of items missing in the 500 block of East Division Street.
Officer was dispatched to the 00 block of NE 9th Street for an activated medical pendant alarm.
Officer was dispatched to the 00 block of NE 6th Street for a low speed vehicle inspection.
Officer went to many properties around town to follow up with city ordinance violations.
June 1
Officer was notified of a repossession taking place in the 1100 block of SE 2nd Street.
Officer was dispatched to the 500 block of NW 1st Street for a low speed vehicle inspection.
Officer was dispatched to the 900 block of SE 2nd Street for an activated burglar alarm. It was determined to be a false alarm.
Officer was dispatched to the 800 block of NE 3rd Ave for a harassment complaint involving juveniles.
Officer cleared debris off the roadway in the 500 block of South Center Ave.
Officer was dispatched to assist Henry Co with a suspicious car that was seen near the Route 34 / Route 17 junction. Officer was not able to locate.
As the result of a traffic stop in the 00 block of SW 2nd Street, Annette Krasuki, 35, Springfield, was arrested for not having a valid driver’s license, operating an uninsured vehicle, failure to transfer title upon ownership, and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was released with a required court date.
Officer was dispatched to the 300 Commercial Street for a suicidal subject. They were transported by ambulance for treatment / evaluation.
June 2
Officer was dispatched to a possible prowler complaint in the 300 block of SW 2nd Ave.
Officer checked on an abandoned vehicle in the 200 block of Exchange Street.
Officer was advised of a repossession taking place in the 200 block of NE 7th Street.
Officer was dispatched to the 00 block of NW 4th Street for a trespassing to vehicle / theft complaint.
Officer was dispatched to the old viaduct west of town for a complaint of subjects standing on bridge. Officer was not able to locate anyone.
Officer was dispatched to the 00 block of SW 4th Street for a loitering complaint.
June 3
Officer was dispatched to check on 2 subjects walking in the 900 block of SE 2nd Street. They were walking to Kewanee.
Officer was dispatched to the 00 block of NE 4th Ave for a civil property dispute.
Officer was dispatched to the 200 block of NW 1st Ave for a 9-1-1 hang up call. It was determined to be an accidental dial.
Officer was dispatched to the 00 block of SW 4th Street to remove an unwanted subject.
Officer was dispatched to the 900 block of SE 2nd Street for a 9-1-1 open line call. Officer was not able to locate anyone needing assistance.
Officer was dispatched to the 00 block of SW 4th Street for a suspicious activity complaint.
Officer was dispatched to the 200 block of Front Street for a complaint involving a building that partially collapsed.
Officer was dispatched to the 300 block of SE 6th Ave for a fire that appeared to be out-of-control. It was apparently a controlled burn.

While patrolling, officer located two coolers that may have fallen out of a vehicle in the 700 block of West Division Street.

Officer was dispatched to the 100 block of Main Street to assist a citizen.
Officer was dispatched to the 300 block of SE 4th Street for a 9-1-1 open line call. It was a pocket dial.
Officer was dispatched to the 600 block of NW 1st Street to check the welfare of a subject walking by that appeared to be in distress.
Officer was dispatched to Wiley Park during the Levitt Amp concert for a 9-1-1 call that plotted there. Officer did not locate anyone needing assistance.
Officer was dispatched near the intersection of Front Street and North Center Ave for a sick / injured fox. The fox appeared to be young and was able to run away.
