Henry County Sheriff Arrest and Citation Report 10-26-2022


-On Saturday, October 22nd at 2:45A.M. Henry County Deputies responded to an abandoned motorcycle on Il. Hwy. 82 south of Cambridge, IL. While investigating, Deputies arrested Dennis Little (age 59) of Cambridge, IL. on a Knox County arrest warrant for failing to appear in court for the original offense of driving on a suspended drivers license. He posted bond and was released.

-On Saturday, October 22nd at 10:56P.M. Henry County Deputies responded to a residence on W. Church St. in Kewanee, IL. for the report of a violation of an order of protection. After initial investigation Deputies arrested Amy Vermost (age 55) of Kewanee, IL. for the charge of violating an order of protection. She was taken to the Henry County Jail.

-On Monday, October 24th at 8:42P.M. Henry County Deputy responded to a single vehicle traffic crash on S. Wilsey Rd. north of Annawan, IL. No injuries were reported. After initial investigation the driver of the vehicle, Brian DeGrengel (age 41) of rural Geneseo, IL., was issued citations for parking outside a business or residential district, failure to give information after striking unattended property, failure to wear seatbelt, failure to report accident to police authority, and illegal transportation of alcohol. He was also arrested for DUI.
