After initial investigation the Deputy arrested Richard Kennedy (age 33) of Kewanee, IL. on a Henry County arrest warrant for failing to appear in court on the original charges of aggravated battery to a police officer, criminal damage to property, threatening a public official, and resisting a peace officer causing bodily harm. He was taken to the Henry County Jail.
