-On Monday, November 28th at 10:05P.M. Henry County Corrections Deputies arrested Elise Holms (age 27) of Kewanee, IL. at the Henry County Jail on a Henry County arrest warrant for failing to appear in court for the original charges of driving on a suspended drivers license and operating an uninsured vehicle. She was taken to the Henry County Jail.
