On 10/12/2023 at 11:51 pm LaSalle County Deputies investigated a single vehicle accident with minor injuries in the area of E 2153rd RD & RT 71. (Ottawa TWP) Aidan Kath (19) of Newark, IL was driving southeast on E 2153rd RD when he lost control, entered the west ditch and overturned. James was cited for failure to reduce speed/accident, improper lane usage and arrested for DUI alcohol. He was later released with a NTA.
