On Saturday, February 3rd, at approximately 3:50 pm, the Morrison Police Department received a 911 call from 610 Portland Ave. During the investigation it was discovered Dylan Fargher, age 20, of Morrison, IL, was wanted on a valid warrant for failure to appear contempt court, authority Lee County. Mr. Fargher was taken into custody and transported to the Whiteside County Jail.
On Sunday, February 4th, at approximately 8:24 pm, the Morrison Police Department was dispatched to 616 Genesee Ave for a domestic disturbance. During the investigation it was discovered Timothy Kohl, age 32, of Morrison, IL, committed a domestic battery. Mr. Kohl was taken into custody and transported to the Whiteside County Jail.
The public is reminded that these are merely charges and all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
