On Wednesday, May 15th, Morrison Police arrested Nathan Q. Sandell, age 32 of Morrison, IL, on an Ogle County warrant for Failure to Appear. Sandell was transported to the Whiteside County Jail in lieu of cash bail.
The public is reminded that these are merely charges and all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
