On Saturday April 27th, at approximately 0238am, Morrison Police conducted a traffic stop in the 600 block of West Lincolnway. As a result of the stop, Morrison Police arrested Duvall R. Johnson, age 31 of Columbus, OH, on a Whiteside County warrant for Failure to Appear. Duvall was transported to the Whiteside County Jail and released after posting the required bond of 300.00 usc.
