On 3/4/2023 at 9:43 pm LaSalle County Deputies responded to the area of 107 3rd ST, Earlville for a complaint of a drive by shooting. Subsequently Levi Hernandez (18) of Earlville was arrested for aggravated unlawful use of a weapon. He was transported to LaSalle County Jail, other charges pending.
On 3/5/2023 at 7:01 am LaSalle County Deputies went to 335 S. Main ST, Leland to serve an in state warrant. Subsequently Darren Waite (36) of Leland was arrested for an active LaSalle County FTA, failure to remain on scene of an accident warrant. Bond $1500 10 % to apply. He was transported to LaSalle County Jail.
On 3/5/2023 at 7:29 am LaSalle County Deputies went to 1203 Jefferson ST, Mendota to serve an in state warrant. Subsequently Hector Rivera (45) of Mendota was arrested for an active LaSalle County FTA, DUI drugs warrant. Bond $5000 10 % to apply. A short time later, he posted bond and was released on scene.
