On 2/4/2023 at 12:31 am LaSalle County Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the area of RT 34 & N 46th RD. (Adams TWP) Joel King (28) of Earlville was cited for speeding 79 mph in a 55 mph zone.
On 2/4/2023 at 4:15 pm LaSalle County Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the area of RT 18 & E 10th RD. (Richland TWP) Maria Chavez (42) of Streator was cited for speeding 75 mph in a 55 mph zone.
On 2/4/2023 at 7:30 pm LaSalle County Deputies investigated a single vehicle accident with no injuries in the area of N 33rd RD & E 3rdRD. (Dimmick TWP) Jose Mondragon (42) of LaSalle was driving west on N 33rdRD when a deer ran onto the roadway. He was unable to avoid the deer and struck it with the front left corner of his vehicle.
