On 11/18/2022 at 5:41pm LaSalle County Deputies responded to single vehicle car vs deer accident on IL Rt. 170 and N 2350th Rd. (Brookfield TWP). Dakota J Paquette (30) of Seneca, was travelling north on IL Rt. 170 when she struck a deer just north of N 2350th. There were no injuries.
On 11/24/2022 at 8:15pm LaSalle County Deputies responded to a two vehicle accident on E 18th Rd. and N 1475th Rd. (Otter Creek TWP). Lawrence L Lukach (18) of Streator was driving west on N 1475th Rd. 30 feet east of its intersection with E 18th Rd. when Lawrence stopped his vehicle abruptly before the stop sign, leaving Mark S Jolly (24) of Streator an inadequate amount of time to stop causing Mark’s vehicle to strike the rear of Lawrence’s vehicle causing damage. There were no injuries, Rhodes towed Lawrence’s vehicle from the roadway.
On 11/25/2022 at 4:28pm LaSalle County Deputies conducted a traffic stop on IL Rt. 18 and E 1st Rd. (Hope TWP). Colin M Webber (22) of Morris was cited for speeding: 75mph in a 55mph zone.
On 11/25/2022 at 8:50pm LaSalle County Deputies conducted a traffic stop on US Rt. 6 and E 12th Rd. (Ottawa TWP). Claudia S Nordstrom (18) of Princeton was cited for speeding: 79mph in a 55mph zone.
