On 11/29/2023 at 3:53 pm LaSalle County Deputies investigated a single vehicle accident with no injuries at the intersection of E 8th RD & N 1850th RD. (Richland TWP) Trinity Gallup (18) of Streator was driving south on E 8thRD, attempted to make a left turn onto N 1850th RD when her vehicle slid on the ice-covered roadway and struck a road sign.
On 11/29/2023 at 4:22 pm LaSalle County Deputies investigated a two vehicle with no injuries at the intersection of E 25th RD & N 32nd RD. (Miller TWP) A 16 year old male of Ottawa was driving east on N 32nd RD when a vehicle failed to yield at the intersection traveling south on E 25th RD, causing a collision in the middle of the intersection. Rebecca Stubblefield (39) of Yorkville, IL failed to yield at the intersection while driving south on E 25th RD, causing a collision in the middle of the intersection with the vehicle traveling east on N 32nd RD. Rebecca was cited for failure to yield at intersection.
On 11/29/2023 at 6:22 pm LaSalle County Deputies investigated a single vehicle car Vs deer accident with no injures in the area of N 1550thRD & E 14th RD. (Eagle TWP) Anthony Hight (46) of Cedar Point was driving west on N 1550th RD when a deer entered the roadway. He was unable to avoid the deer and struck it with the front end of his vehicle.
