Philip Hart (78) of Ottawa, IL was driving northeast in the curve of E 19th Rd while Sandra Marlatt (76) of Ottawa, IL was driving southwest in the same curve. The front driver side of Hart’s vehicle collided with the front driver side of Marlatt’s vehicle.
