On 12/3/2023 at 9:46 pm LaSalle County Deputies conducted a traffics top in the area of Chestnut ST & Lafayette ST. (Ottawa TWP) Malcom Prince (26) of Ottawa was cited for driver’s license not on person, failure to wear seat belt and operating uninsured motor vehicle. He was released with a NTA.
