On 5/13/2023 at 10:59 pm LaSalle County Deputies investigated a two vehicle accident with no injuries in the area of Holiday DR & Barbara DR. (Northville TWP) Jacob Bolen (18) of Leland was driving E/B on Holiday DR, passing a vehicle in front of him on the right and sideswiped the passenger side of the vehicle. Hannah Nitz (18) of Paw Paw, IL was driving E/B on Holiday DR when she entered the W/B lane to avoid being struck from behind by Jacob’s vehicle. Jacob passed her on the right and sideswiped the passenger side of her vehicle. Jacob was cited for failure to reduce speed/accident and leaving the scene of accident/vehicle damage. He was given an NTA.
