On 7/17/2023 at 9:44 pm LaSalle County Deputies investigated a two vehicle accident Vs deer with no injuries in the area of N 2653rd RD & E 2350th RD. (Fall River TWP) A 15 year old male of Marseilles was driving west on N 2653rd RD when a deer ran onto the roadway. He was unable to avoid the deer and struck it with the front end of his vehicle, causing the deer to enter the eastbound lane. John Debernardi (58) of Marseilles was driving east on N 2653rd RD when the deer the 15 year old struck entered his lane. He was unable to avoid the deer and struck it with the front end of his vehicle.
