On 7/20/2023 at 11:06 pm LaSalle County Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the area of RT 23 & N 17th RD. (Bruce TWP) Robert Mickey (52) of Streator was cited for improper use of registration and speeding 82 mph in a 55 mph zone. He was released with a NTA.
On 7/21/2023 at 4:45 pm LaSalle County Deputies investigated a single vehicle accident with no injuries at the intersection of E 950th RD & N 14th RD. (Richland TWP) A 16 year old female of Dana was driving south on E 950thRD, approaching the intersection and negotiating a curve when she lost control of her vehicle. The front left corner of her vehicle struck a road sign at the southeast corner of the intersection.
On 7/21/2023 at 8:43 pm LaSalle County Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the area of 14th AVE & Memorial DR. (Mendota TWP) Dennis Juergensen (62) of Mendota was arrested for operating vehicle when registration is suspended and DWLR. He was released with a NTA.
