On 8/14/2023 at 6:16 am LaSalle County Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the area of RT 23 & N 18th RD. (Bruce TWP) Mackenzie Cook (24) of Ottawa was cited for speeding 72 mph in a 55 mph zone.
