On 8/21/2023 at 11:17 pm LaSalle County Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the area of W Main ST & Clay ST. (Ottawa TWP) Bryant Lopez (21) of Streator was arrested for operating uninsured motor vehicle and DWLS. He was released with a NTA.
