On 8/21/2023 at 4:29 am LaSalle County Deputies investigated a single vehicle accident with no injuries in the area of N 45th RD & E 23rdRD. (Adams TWP) Jonathan Cansino (23) of Earlville was driving east on N 45th RD, disobeyed the stop sign at E 23rd RD, struck the ditch embankment and came to a stop in the cornfield. Jonathan was cited for failure to reduce speed/accident, disobeying a stop sign, operating uninsured motor vehicle, failure to notify police authority and arrested for leaving the scene of accident/vehicle and property damage. He was released with a NTA.
