October 17
Officer was dispatched to the 00 block of Burlington Road for an activated fire alarm. It was determined to be a false alarm.
Officer was dispatched to the 300 block of Front Street to follow up on a complaint from last weekend.
Officer placed a tow sticker on an abandoned vehicle in the 500 block of SE 2 nd Street.
Officer was dispatched to Trolley Road near the railroad tracks for a trespassing complaint. The suspect was located in the 1100 block of SE 2 nd Street and was suffering from mental health issues. She was advised not to return to railroad property.

October 18
Officer was dispatched to the 00 block of NE 4 th Ave for a subject on the ground having a medical episode. The subject was transported to the ambulance garage for treatment / transport.
Officer was dispatched to the 500 block of SW 2 nd Ave for a loud noise complaint.
Officer was dispatched to the 300 block of NW 4 th Ave to meet with a resident who had questions for an officer.

October 19
Officer was dispatched to a residence on SW 4 th Street to check the welfare of a subject. Officer found subject unresponsive, but breathing. The subject was transported by ambulance.
Officer was dispatched to the 700 block of NE 3 rd Ave for a low speed vehicle inspection.
Officer was dispatched to the 700 block of NW 1 st Ave for a disturbance involving two brothers.
Officer was dispatched to the 500 block of NW 2 nd Street for a burglary complaint.

October 20
Officer was requested to watch for a vehicle that was stolen minutes earlier at a gathering in Atkinson. Officer did not locate vehicle.

October 21
Officer was dispatched to the 300 block of SW 4 th Street for a 9-1-1 hang up call. It was determined to be an accidental mis dial.
Officer was dispatched to the 00 block of SW 2 nd Street to check the welfare of an elderly customer.
Officer was dispatched to the 700 block of NW 5 th Ave for a 9-1-1 call. It was determined to be an accidental mis dial.
Officer was dispatched to the 500 block of SW 3 rd Street for a 9-1-1 hang up call. It was determined to be an accidental mis dial.

October 22
Officer was dispatched to the railroad crossing on Exchange Street in reference to an unknown vehicle striking and destroying the crossing arm. BNSF was contacted for repairs.
Officer was dispatched to the 600 block of NW 7 th Street regarding a complaint involving an intoxicated motorist that had just left. Officer checked the area, but didn’t locate suspect.

October 23
Officer was dispatched to the 200 block of NW 2 nd Ave to assist a citizen who wanted to have a bonfire. They were referred to the fire chief for guidance.
Officer was dispatched to a residence on SW 2 nd Street for a suicidal subject. They were located and transported for treatment /evaluation.
Officer was dispatched to the Exchange Street railroad tracks for a crossing arm malfunction. BNSF was contacted for repairs.

Nicole Down, 43, Kewanee, was issued a citation for speeding in the 1200 block of SE 2 nd Street.October 22
