Zoe Blake, age 24, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 1300 block of North Galena Avenue on November 21st, at 6:47 PM., for Driving Under the Influence of Drugs. Blake was processed and released with a court date.
Benjamin D. Kelley, age 20, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 200 block of Monroe Avenue on November 23 rd , 2025, at 8:45 PM., for Aggravated Unlawful Use of a Weapon and Aggravated Assault. Kelley was taken into custody and transported to the Lee County Jail.
The charges are merely an allegation and all parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
