Nicole A. Foss, age 42, of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 600 block of JacksonAvenue on April 9th, at 2:34 AM., for a Rockford Police Department Failure
to Appear Warrant. Foss was taken to the Lee County Jail.
Janet Jaeger, age 40 of Dixon, Illinois, was arrested in the 200 block of Lincoln Way on April, 8th, at 10:00 PM., for a Winnebago County Failure to Appear
Warrant. Jaeger was transported to the Lee County Jail.
The charges are merely an allegation and all parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
